I've gotten several calls from these people, who swear that they can lower my credit card interest rates although I've never once even applied for a credit card. Before you can get the words "I don't own a credit card" out of your mouth they hang up. If you call back, you get a "this party is not accepting phone calls at this time" message. I WILL find a way to get around this, and when I do SOMEONE is going to be very hurt, and unhappy.
